Only 3 hours on the bus away from busy, congested Bangalore. Mysore, the city of silk, is a breath of fresh air and surprisingly peaceful. I'd heard of many great evenings spent at the backwaters surrounding Mysore watching sunsets, or sunrises after club nights with music and friends. Unfortunately it was rather cloudy so we didn't get a good sunset though we did get some rather awesome clouds to keep us company and a fish :-)
The next day I decided to be a tourist and check out what i could find in the city so I went to Mysore Palace and then just took a few photos in the city and bought my first silk-crepe kurta which was rather expensive though worth every penny i feel.
I also found these 2 little kittens at the side of the road
You know you really need a lighter coloured template. this black on black is making things lost.
