40 HOURS OF FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tiger Spotting in Rajasthan

On an early morning in November I was very lucky to be in the right place at the right time in Ranthambhore National Park to see T-34 devouring a dead cow he had killed 3 days earlier. I was able to sit and watch him for about an hour, before his rotten cow meal lost his interest and he wandered off. Felt like I was in the National Geographic.

Back To India

After 2 months in Nepal and falling in love with the beautiful views on the Annapurna and the enigmatic wonderful people in Moonstay Lodge on Freak Street, Basantapur it was time to return to India.

25 hours of travel by road through Kathmandu Valley, Sinauli and northern India with a border stop on the way and I was back in Benares, India.

Maiti Nepal

Located in the backstreets of Kathmandu Maiti Nepal is an organisation set up by Anuradha Koirala, CNN Hero of the Year 2010. The organisation provides refuge and help to woman who are victims of the sex trafficking trade and a happy home and education to hundreds of children.

Josette and Francoise (Momo and Chowmein), my friends from Quebec were going to Maiti Nepal to do a circus show for the children and adults. I went along as well to see the show, meet the children and take photographs.

It was a wonderful day for all involved and here is a small selection of the photographs:
